JSW Energy is the dynamic vertical of JSW Group. This company plans to foray into areas areas of power generation, transmission, distribution and trading. In Maharashtra, a 1200 MW power project is under implementation located at Jaigarh, District Ratnagiri.
JSW envisages making Jaigarh, a port based power plant by setting up a port facility and making it a full fledged business centre in coming years.
The project that will be fuelled by imported coal is spread across 450 acres of land and the requirement of coal would be 4.14 million tons per annum. A 400 KV GIS Switchyard with four 400 KV lines to Konya and Karad (2 each) will be evacuating the generated power.
We have been appointed as the MEP consultant as well as the LEED advisor for their Administrative Block that is spread over an area of 30,000 sq. ft. The construction consists of a ground and 3 upper floors. |
