Prozone Mall at Aurangabad is one of the  first malls being developed by the Provouge Group of India in joint venture with Liberty International (which owns and develops major malls across UK) & old Mittual from South Africa.

We have been closely associated with Prozone right from the inception of these malls a few years ago and are providing MEP and structural design consultancy for not only the mall at Aurangabad, but the next mall being proposed at Indore and are expecting to have a tie-up for all their forthcoming malls across India.

We are providing MEP and Structural Engineering Consultancy for an area covering 22 lacs sq. ft., which comprises two levels of basement (6 lac sq. ft.), ground and two upper floors. This development also comprises car parking, multiplex and hotel (proposed). The Architect for this project is Benoy (UK)
